Balancing Life

Title "Balancing Life"

I came up with this concept while I was on vacation with my family in Florida. We were riding bikes and this image came to mind. While it looks simple it is actually very difficult to produce it in clay. My first attempt, a much larger piece, took many times to get it to work. The striped wedge piece represents a slice of life and the figure is riding on it trying to maintain balance. I hope you order this one because it is such a challenge to create.
